/You shall know the truth,

Therefore, faithful Christian, seek the truth, listen to the truth, learn the truth, love the truth, tell the truth, learn the truth, defend the truth even to death.

A person cannot learn the truth by studying the world or listening to false teachings. That seems so obvious. A Christian cannot learn Truth from professors, teachers, and pastors who do not believe the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation.
Many Christians are barely subsisting on the Word of God, they are consuming just enough of the Word to stay alive. Then these very same Christians are inundated by the lies and misdirections of the world and are shocked they do not have the strength to withstand the lie. Only in the Bible can we learn the Truth. By the power of the Spirit we can live the truth. For the sake of the Name of Jesus we will defend the truth.
Keep me faithful to You, King Jesus. Send Your Spirit so that I hunger and thirst for more of You and find my satisfaction in Your Word. In Your Truth set me free from the lies and the slavery to things that are touted as true in this world. In the light of Your Truth let all the counterfeits of this world be exposed for what they are. You, Lord Jesus, are the Truth and my highest joy. Amen.
